Saturday May 9th was also a very special day for two of our Harcourts property management teams. We had for the first time dual winners, with there achievements being so close it was difficult separating them.

Our first winners are Team Harcourts North Lakes/Mango Hill lead by business owner Paul Considine. Our dedicated team strived to achieve Platinum by the end of the year. They achieved their goal. Combining a strategy of building through acquisition and natural growth, they doubled their business and team in one year. They are now the dominant agency and service provider in their market.

As the team has grown, Paul, Brett, Liz and Paula have built a team of loyal and dedicated property managers, who know and understand the strategic objectives of the company and work towards achieving them. Their award is testament to their commitment to achieving.

Paul has been an active member of the Harcourts Property Management Fellowship since its inception in 2008. The Fellowship Team work diligently together to bring about change in our industry and to ensure we have loyal commiteed teams all striving towards the same objectives. Growth. Client Service. Client Loyalty. Team Loyalty. Brand Protection. Consistency. And…enjoyement of their chosen career path.

Harcourts NorthLakes/Mango Hill was up against some very strong competition with many teams working hard to be recognised at our Awards Gala and be awarded such a prestigious title.
